Steamed Orange Pudding
Ingredients
Method
3 oz. Butter
1/2 lb. Flour
1 tspn. Ground Ginger
2 oz. Golden Syrup
1 tspn. Baking Powder
2 oz. Sugar
Grated Rind and Juice of 2 Oranges
Sift the dry ingredients together. Add the syrup and orange juice. Steam in a buttered mould for 3 hours.
