Frozen Tomato Cocktail

2 lbs. Skinned and Peeled Tomatoes  
1 1/2 tspn. Salt  
1 1/2 tblspns. Lemon Juice  
1 tspn. Onion Juice  
1 tblspn. Sugar
Chop the tomatoes, then rub through a sieve to remove seeds, till you have 1 1/2 pints of puree. Blend with lemon juice, onion juice, sugar, salt and seasonings and chill until mushy. Pile onto a lettuce leaf in each dish, pour over a very little eggless mayonnaise, and sprinkle with chopped chives.
