Mocha Icing  
 
Ingredients
 
Method
 
1 lb. Icing Sugar  
2 oz. Slab Chocolate  
3 oz. Butter  
4 tblspns. Butter  
2 tspn. Instant Coffee Powder
Dissolve the instant coffee powder and chocolate in boiling water; cream the butter and sugar. Beat together until smooth. Use for filling and also to decorate the top of cake.
