2 tblspn. Oil 3/4 lb. Spinach 2 oz. Grated Cheese 1/2 lb. Rice 1 Chopped Onion 1- 1/2 Pints Stock 1 oz. Butter Salt Pepper | Heat oil and saute onion. Cut spinach in 1/4 inch strips and add the rice to onion, and saute. Season and add stock and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Add cheese and butter before serving. |
