1 Cup Cooked Rice 1Cup Condensed Tomato Soup or Puree 1 tspn. Yeast Extract 3/4 Cup Crushed Roasted Peanuts Little Cornflour Salt Pepper | Mix all ingredients well together. Place in a buttered oven dish and bake or steam for 1 hour. The flavour may be varied according to taste by adding hearbs, fresh tomatoes or garlic. Serve hot or cold in slices with salad. |
