4 oz. Rice 4 oz. Ground Walnuts 2 oz. Dry Breadcrumbs 1 tspn. Sage or Fresh Chopped Basil 1 tspn. Curry Powder 1 tblspn. Grated Onion Salt Pepper Oil for Frying | Wash the rice and cook in enough water to cover until tender. Add the nuts, herb, breadcrumbs, curry powder, onion and seasoning and allow to cool. Shape into cutlets and fry in deep oil until browned. Makes about 12 cutlets. Serve with parsley sauce. |
