Cabbage Bowl

1 Small Head Red Cabbage  
1 Small Head White Cabbage  
1/3 Cup Grated Carrot  
1/3 Cup Diced Celery  
1/3 Cup Diced Green Pepper  
1 tspn. Salt  
1 tspn. Celery Salt  
1/4 tspn. Pepper  
1/2 tspn. Dry Mustard  
2 tblspn. Sugar  
1 tblspn. Minced Onion  
1/4 Cup Oil  
6 tblspn. Vinegar
Remove large leaves from red cabbage. Lin bowl with cabbage leaves. Shred enough red and white cabbage to make 3 cups. Gently toss cabbage with carrot, celery and green pepper. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, mustard, sugar, onion, oil and vinegar, tossing with dressing. Heap in bowl. Garnish with green pepper rings.
