1 Large or 2 Meedium Sized Avocados 4 Small Apples Juice of 1 Lemon 1-1/2 Cups Diced Celery 1 Cup Mayonnaise (Soy) 2 Green Peppers Lettuce Paprika | Pare, core and dice apples. Sprinkle with lemon to prevent discolouration. Add cubed avocado and diced celery. Mix gently with fork and chill. When ready to serve add about 3/ of the mayonnaise. Serve on individual salad plates on crisp lettuce. Top with maymonnaise. Slice green peppers in rings and garnish salad with them. |
