Mustard Sauce  
 
Ingredients
 
Method
 
3 tblspns. Butter  
2 tblspns. Flour  
1 Cup Stock  
1 tspn. Dry Mustard  
Salt  
Pepper.
Melt butter in pan and stir in the flour until well blended. Stir in the stock and cook until the sauce thickens, stirring all the time.
