Cheese Sauce  
 
Ingredients
 
Method
 
1 Pint White Sauce  
3-4 oz. Dry Grated Cheese  
Mustard or Pinch  
Cayenne
Heat the sauce and add cheese and mustard or cayenne. Stir until the cheese is melted over a low heat, do not allow to burn. Garlic salt or chopped herbs may be added.
