Quick Cheese Sauce  
 
Ingredients
 
Method
 
1 Large Tin Evaporated Milk  
1 tspn. Dry Mustard  
1 tspn. Salt  
1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese (4 oz)
Simmer milk, salt and mustard in saucepan over low heat to just below boiling point. Add cheese and stir over lowered heat until cheese melts.
