2 tblspns. Margarine or Butter 2 tblspns. All Purpose Flour 1/4 tspn. Salt 1/2 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese 1/2 tspn. Dry Mustard 1 Cup Milk. | Melt margarine in small saucepan over low heat. Slowly stir in flour and salt and blend until smooth. Add milk and cook 4 minutes to thicken , avoiding lumps. Stir in cheese and dry mustard and cook for 2 more minutes. |
