Nut Curry

1/2 Pint Vegetable stock  
1 tspn. Curry Powder  
1 Tomato  
1 Apple  
1-1/2 oz. Butter  
Salt  
Pepper  
Small Onion  
1oz. Flour  
1 Carrot  
Few Drops Lemon Juice  
Some Diced Nuts.
Heat the fat and fry the sliced onion and carrot lightly in it, and stir in the sieved flour and curry powder, with the lemon juice, and cook gently for few minutes, stirring all the time. Add stock slowly then the sliced tomato and apple peeled and sliced, and seasoning to taste. Bring to boil and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Strain and reheat. Add some diced nuts to curry sauce 15 minutes before serving.
