Coconut Curry Sauce  
 
Ingredients
 
Method
 
1 fresh Coconut and Milk  
2 Sliced Onions  
1 tspn. Lemon Juice  
2 tblspn. Chopped Onions  
4 tblspns Oil  
Turmeric  
Coriander  
Chilli.
Grate the coconut and mix with lemon juice. Fry onions in the oil with the ground termeric, coriander and chilli very gently for 5 minutes. Add grated coconut and sliced onions and cook for further 5 minutes. Add milk and salt and simmer until done.
