1 Cup Celery (Diced) 1 Cup Carrots (Diced) 1 Cup Green Onions (Diced) 1/2 Cup Soyy Flour 1 tsp. Salt 1/2 Cup Water | Cover celery, carrots and onions with water and simmer. Put through a sieve when cooked to make puree. Mix until creamy the soyflour, salt and water. Add to hot vegetable puree. Mix and heat well and serve garnished with parsley. |
