Basic Cream of Vegetable Soup

2 Cups Mixed Vegetable Puree  
1 Quart Milk  
1/4 Cup Soy Flour  
2 tblspn. Brewers Yeast  
Bouquet Garni  
Seasoning
Simmer a selection of vegetables in small amout of water. (carrots, corn, celery, onion, cauliflower tomatoes, etc.) Mash well or blend in blender. Put all ingredients into pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with walnut of butter and chopped parsley in each plate.
