Celeriac Soup  
 
Ingredients
 
Method
 
1 Large Celeriac  
1 Bunch Carrots  
1 Bunch Beetroot with Leaves  
1 lb. Spanish Onions
Wash ingredients thoroughly and cut in fine pieces. Cook for one hour over a slow fire with six cupfuls of water. Strain. Let stand 15 minutes, then serve.
