4 oz. Butter 2 tblspns Boiling Water 6 oz. Flour plain flour | Chop or cut 4 oz. Butter into a bowl. Add 2 tblspns. Boiling water. Beat for 30 seconds, then stir in 6 oz. Flour(1-1/2 measuring cups) of plain flour. Roll out and fold three times. Repeat several times. Wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour. |
