1/2 Cup Oil 1 lb Paneer 1 Onion Sliced 1 tspn Ginger Powder 1/2 tspn Cumin Powder 1/2 tspn Chili Powder 1/2 tspn Salt 3 Cups Frozen Peas 2 Tomatoes (Chopped) | Heat oil in a skillet ,add panir and fry till brown. Remove from the pan and drain in kitchen towels. Add onions to the pan and fry until soft. Add the spices and salt and fry for 3 min,stirring constantly. Add the peas and tomatoes and stir gently until peas are coated with the spice mixture. stir in the panir and heat through, taking care not to break up the panir cubes. Serve hot. |
