3 tblspn. Channa Flour 1 tblspn. White Flour 1 Finely Chopped Small Onion OR Some Finely Chopped Spring Onions 1/2 tspn. Baking Powder Salt to Taste Pepper to Taste 1/2 tblspn. Cottage Cheese Few Pieces of Chopped Tomato Small Piece of Green Ginger Cold Water | Mix the flours with the seasonings and mix to pouring batter with cold water. Add the chopped vegetables and lastly the baking powder just befor frying. If using cottage cheese, stir it in with the water. Heat 1 1/2 tblspns. Oil in a 6" pan till smoking hot. Pour the mixture in, spreading evenly. Fry both sides brown ona lowered heat. Serve on toast with tomato sauce. |
