Madras Fruit Curry

6 Bananas  
6 Large Apples  
2 Large Onions  
1 dssrtspn. Curry Powder  
1 Inch Fresh Ginger  
1 tblspn Lemon Juice  
1/2 Cup Yoghurt or 1/2 Cup Boiling Water with 1 Cube Yeast Extract  
6 Tomatoes  
2 Cloves  
2 tblspn. Oil  
1 Stick Cinnamon  
1 tblspn. Brown Sugar.
Heat oil, fry sliced onions lightly and add sliced apple, fry for 5 minutes. Add the curry powder, sliced ginger and peeled whole bananas and fry 3 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and simmer with lid on for 30 minutes. Serve with ice and a green salad.
