Naartjie Snack

Method
 
1 Cup Chopped Nuts  
3 Bananas  
Lettuce  
Lemon Dressing  
Lemon Juice  
Naartjie Sections.
Shread the lettuce finely and line a salad plate with it. Peel the bananas and lay them in lemon juice for some minutes, then drain and dry. Cut in half crosswise, then lengthwise. Dip in chopped nuts. Place the bananas in the centre of the dish and surround with peeled naartjie sections to form a border.
