Double Delicious Cream Pie

Short-crust Pie Shell:  
1 Cup Flour  
1-1/2 oz. Butter  
1/2 tspn. Baking Powder  
4 tspn. Salt  
Cold Water  
Delicious Cream Filling:   
1 pkt. Vegetarian pudding  
regular - Vanilla Flavour  
1 pkt. Vegetarian Pudding  
Regular - Butterscotch Flavour  
3 Cups Milk
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl. Rub in butter till mixture is like fine crumbs. Gradually add cold water to bring to a firm dough; roll out on a floured board to 1/4" thickness and line a greased 8" pie plate. Crimp edges. Prick pastry all over with a fork. Brush with little milk. Bake in a hot oven - 450o F - for about 15 minutes.
Delicious Cream Filling:
1 pkt. Vegetarian pudding
regular - Vanilla Flavour
1 pkt. Vegetarian Pudding
Regular - Butterscotch Flavour, 3 Cups Milk
Whipped Cream and cinnamon for decoration. Prepare the vanilla pudding as directed on the packet, using 1-1/2 cups of milk only. Cool slightly and pour into shell. Cool slightly. Prepare butterscotch pudding as directed on the packet, using 1-1/2 cups of milk only, then cool slightly and carefully spoon over the vanilla pudding in pie shell. Cool for about 1/2 hour. Chill. Serve with dollops of whipped cream sprinkled with cinnamon.
