1 Large Onion  
2 tblspn. Oil  
1/2 Cup Tomato Juice  
1/2 Cup Tomato Puree  
1/2 Cup Cooked Lentils or Beans  
3/4 tspn. Sweet Paprika  
1/2 tspn. Salt
Brown:
1 Large Onion
Sliced Very Thinly in 2 tblspn. Oil,
Add:
1/2 Cup Tomato Juice, 1/2 Cup Tomato Puree, 1/2 Cup Cooked Lentils or Beans, 3/4 tspn. Sweet Paprika, 1/2 tspn. Salt
Mix well and heat through. Serves 2.
