Indian Curry Sauce  
 
Ingredients
 
Method
 
2 oz. Ghee  
1 or 2 Tomatoes  
3/4 pint Brown Stock  
1 oz. Dried Fruit  
1 Large Onion  
1 tblspn. Flour  
1tblspn. Grated Coconut or Desiccated Coconut  
1tspn. Curry Paste  
Little Sugar  
Seasoning  
1 tblspn. Curry Powder  
1 tblspn. Lemon Juice.
Heat ghee and fry onions, tomatoes with the curry powder and curry paste. Work in the flour. Add the stock and bring to boil and cook till thickened. Add the rest of ingredients and simmer till thick and smooth.
