4 oz. Bread Crumbs  
1/2 lb. Honey  
1/4 lb. Sugar  
1/4 lb. Butter.
Cook alltogether in a pan, stirring until it is well mixed. Turn out onto a plate to cool. It will look like a soft cake and can be cut into small portions.. Serve with the cream from milk that is boiled very slowly. The cream can be lifted like thick firm skin, and is rolled up and a small portion placed on top of the sweet.
