2 Cups Medium Thick custard  
2 Cups Cream  
1tblspn. Coffee Essence  
3 tblspns. Sugar.
Add the coffee essence to the custard and leave for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.Beat the cream till thick.Add the sugar and beat again.Add 1-1/2 cups of this to the custard mixture and use the rest for decoration.
