3 Pint Milk  
Heated to Blood Heat  
1 Cake Baker's Yeast  
3 tblspns. Sugar
Mix sugar with the yeast and a few drops of milk till thoroughly dissolved. Add to the warm milk, stirring well. Set in warm place to brew. The curds will seprate from the whey. The whey makes a refershing drink, and the curds have become a form of yoghurt.

You can start your own yoghurt by buying a small jar of prepared yoghurt by buying a small jar of prepared yoghurt. Take 1-1/4 pints milk and add to this 3/4 tspn. Of the prepared yoghurt.

First boil the milk, allow it to cool slightly, then pour into four 6 oz. Jars, placed in a wool-lined tin.
