Place the rest of milk on the stove in a pan and bring almost to the boil. Add the cocoa paste and the sugar, and stir till boiling point is reached, then remove. Fill strong glasses up to 1/3 with chipped ice, then strain the cocoa onto this. Add a heaped tspn. Whipped cream. |
