6 - 8 Peaches
1 Cup Raw Oats
4 tblspns. Melted Butter
2 tblspns. Water
4 tblspns. Chopped Nuts
1 Cup Sugar
Pinch Cinnamon
Lemon Juice to Taste | Wash the peaches, then peel, core and slice. Place in an oven dish with water and sugar and lemon juice if apples are sweet. Put into a moderate oven to warm. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over the fruit. Bake at 350o F for 35 minutes, or until crust is brown. Serve hot or cold with cream or custard. |
