Carrot and Rice Pudding

Method
 
1/2 lb. Carrots  
1tblspn. Rice  
1 Pint Milk  
Nuts  
Sugar to taste.
Pee, wash and grate carrots, cook with rice in a pint of milk, slowly, until thick. Add sugar, decorate and serve cold.
