Cold Rice Pudding

Method
 
1 Cup Rice  
3 Cups Milk  
1/2 Cup Sweet Cream  
1 tspn. Essence  
1/2 Cup Sugar  
Salt to Taste
Boil the rice in milk with a little salt. Cool and add sugar and 2 tblspns. Whipped cream. Pack into a jelly mould and allow to get cool. Turn out, spread with jam and cover with the rest of whipped cream, flavoured with vanilla.
