1 1/2 oz. Ground Rice Grated Nutmeg 1 oz. Brown Sugar 1 Pint Milk Almond or Cherry Essence | Mix the rice with a little of the cold milk and bring the rest of the milk to the boil. Pour it onto the blended rice and return to pan. Stir in the sugar, almond essence and simmer gently for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg befor serving. |
