Banana Filling  
4 Large Bananas  
1/4 tspn. Salt  
1/2 oz. Butter  
4 tblspns. Grape Juice
Peel four large bananas and press the fruit through a sieve. Put the pulp into a saucepan. Add sugar to taste, 1/4 tspn. Salt and 1/2 oz. Butter. Heat until it boils, stirring all the time. Remove from stove and leave to cool. Whip in 4 tblspns. Grape juice and a dash of nutmeg. Pour the mixture into a baked short-crust.
