1 Ripe Avocado Juice or Rind of 1 Lemon or Orange Honey | Peel and quarter the avocado. Mash pulp and gradually add the rind and juice of the lemon. Beat until creamy and place in a sauce bowl that has been rubbed with a cut of clove or garlic. Serve as dressing for salad, or as sandwich filling. Orange juice and rind makes a slightly sweeter dressing. Use the honey if a sweeter dressing is preferred. |
