250 gms Whole Wheat Flour  
125 ml Water  
Salt to Taste  
Vegetable Fat
Sieve flour, add salt and water. Knead well to make a stiff dough. Divide in small balls of 5 cm in diameter. Roll out each ball on wheat floured surface to thin crcles not more than 1/2 cm thick. Bake well on both sides on a large non-stick pan or griddle. Smear with melted fat and serve hot.
