2 tblspn. Butter 2 tblspn.. Flour 1 tblspn. Grated Onion 1 Cup Swiss Cheese 2 Cups Corn Flake 2 tspn. Sugar Brown 1 tspn. Salt 1/4 tspn. Pepper 4 Cups Cooked Green Beans (Sliced Lengthwise) | Melt butter, stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onion. Add sour cream gradually, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened. Fold in the green beans and heat thoroughly. Pour into greased 1 - 1/2 quart casserole dish. Crush corn flakes into fine crumbs; mix with the melted butter and sprinkle over the cheese. Bake in moderately hot oven for about 20 mins. |
