Brinjal and Tomato Baked

Brinjals  
Tomato  
2 Cloves Garlic  
Salt  
Pepper
Peel and wash the brinjals, and slice thickly, salt. Peel and slice some tomatoes and crush the garlic. Place 3 slices of brinjal in a greased baking dish, cover with a slice of tomato on each some garlic and salt and pepper, then place another slice of brinjal on top. Sprinkle with oil and bake in a hot oven until tender. Baste the brinjal now and again to prevent drying.
