Quick Breakfast Buns

3 tspns. Baking powder  
2 Cups flour  
2 tblspns. Sugar  
Pinch Salt  
2/3 Cup Milk  
6 tblspns. Butter  
Ingredients for Topping  
1/4 Cup Melted Butter  
1/3 Cup Sugar  
1/2 Cup Flaked nuts  
1 tspn. Ground Cinnamon
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar into a bowl. Rub in butter finely. Add milk gradually, stirring till mixture clings together in a ball. Turn onto a lightly floured board and knead gently 6 or 7 times. Divide dough into 12 balls. Roll each in melted butter and then in a mixture of nuts, sugar and cinnamon. Arrange balls in a greased 9" pie-plate so that they are almost touching. Bake at 425o F for about 15 -20 minutes. Serve at once.
