Vitamin-Rich Salad  
 
Ingredients
 
Method
 
1 Package Cream Cheese  
1 Cup Grated Carrot  
1 Cup Diced Apples  
1/3 Cup Raisins  
1 tspn. Lemon Juice  
Salt to Taste
Combine ingredients and add sufficient mayonnaise to mould. Mix and place lettuce leaf.
