Apple Chutney  
 
Ingredients
 
Method
 
1/2 lb. Stoned Raisins  
2 lbs. Apples  
1/4 lb. Yellow Sugar  
1/2 Pint Vinegar  
Pepper  
Salt to Taste  
2 Onions  
1 tspn. Ground Ginger
Peel and core the apples and cut up. Mince the onions. Place all the ingredients in a Saucepan, add the vinegar and seasonings. Simmer gently until thick.
