1 lb. Apples 1/2 lb. Raisins 12 Ripe Tomatoes 1 lb. Dates 2 Red Peppers 1- 1/2 qrts. Vinegar 1 oz. Mustard Seed 1 lb. Honey 1/4 Cup Mint Leaves 6 Small Onions | Chop all ingredients and mix well. Allow the mixture to stand for 10 days in a crock covered with cheesecloth, then bottle. |
