Pineapple and Mint Sauce  
 
Ingredients
 
Method
 
1 Pineapple  
Water  
1 tblspn. Honey  
2 tblspn. Chopped Mint  
1 tblspn. Cider Vinegar
Peel and chop finely a piece of pineapple, simmer with half the quantity of water and 1 tblspn. Honey for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 2 tblspn. Chopped mint and 1 tblspn. Cider vinegar.

Serve hot with vegetable savouries or cold with salads.
