Mint Sauce  
 
Ingredients
 
Method
 
1 tblspn. Finely Chopped Mint  
1-1/2 tblspn. Boiling Water  
2 tblspns. Lemon Juice  
1 tspn. Honey.
Place mint in small jug, and pour on the boiling water. Add honey and lemon juice and stir until melted.
