Cheese and Tomato Sauce  
 
Ingredients
 
Method
 
1 Cup Fresh Tomato Puree  
1/2 tspn. Mustard  
1 tblspn. Cider Vinegar  
1 Cup Grated Cheddar.
Cook peeled tomato and sieve. Warm together with oil and mustard and seasonings.Add cheese and well over heat but do not boil. Remove from heat and add vinegar.
