Cream Sauce  
 
Ingredients
 
Method
 
1/4 Cup Butter  
1 Minced Onion  
1 Cup Cream or Milk  
Sprig Parsley  
1tspn. Pepper Sauce  
1 tblspn. Flour  
Nutmeg  
Salt to Taste.
Melt the butter in a pan and gently fry the minced onion and parsley until the onion is a light brown. Stir in the flour and cook for the few minutes, then stir in the cream or milk gradually, stirring all the time . Season with salt, a grain of nutmeg and pepper sauce or piri-piri. Cook gentely for 15 minutes.
