Cream of Celery Soup

2 Pints White Stock  
1 Cup Top Milk  
1 Head Celery Large  
1 Onion  
1 tblspn. Semolina or Potato  
Chopped Parsley  
Seasoning
Cut celery into really small pieces. Slice onion. Place fat and onion in large pan and stir about gently then cook for two mins. Add semolina, then stock and seasoning. Bring to boil then simmer till celery is cooked. Pass through sieve to puree. Re-heat without boiling, with top milk added. Garnish with parsley and serve in hot tureen.
