3 tblspns. Flour 2 Avocados 1 tspn. Crushed Coriander Seed 1-1/2 Pints Veg. Stock 1/2 Cup Whipped Cream Salt and Pepper. | Mix flour and stock in pot with coriander seed and bring to boil. Simmer till thickened, stirring all the time. Peel and core the avocados. Rub through a sieve. Add to stock, season to taste. Chill. Add the whipped unsweetened cream. Serve ice-cold with a dusting of paprika. |
