Cold Celery And Carrot Soup  
 
Ingredients
 
Method
 
2 Cups Diced Celery  
1 Cup Diced Carrots  
3/4 Cup Chopped Onion  
1/2 Cup Cream  
Salte to taste.
Cover the celery, carrots and onion with water and simmer until tender. Then put them through sieve. When cool add cream and salt. Serve very cold.
