Tomato-Corn Soup  
4 Ears Corn (Cut from Cob)  
2 Sweet Green Peppers  
1 Diced Onion  
3 tblspn. Butter  
4 tblspn. Flour  
4 Cups Milk or Stock  
4 Peeled Tomatoes  
1 Cup Cream
Cut vegetables, except tomatoes, in small pieces. Braise in butter about 5 minutes, stirring all the time. Sprinkle flour over them and stir well. Pour in milk or stock, add the tomatoes and boil about 30 minutes. Season to taste. Add cream and mix well, without boiling.
